Felt more like fall birding today.

I saw the Pick Ponds Barn Owl with some help from birders who knew of this apparently well known bird. Thx.

Heard a Yellow Warbler & E Meadowlarks were perched & singing. Lots of Field Sparrows.

Chestnut Ridge was pretty quiet except for ubiquitous BG Gnatcatchers, Towhees and RC Kinglets. I did spot one Golden-crowned Kinglet. No Warblers!

I did see my FOS Chimney Swift over the fishing pond as well as Barn Swallows and at least one Purple Martin.
