I went exploring here. I haven't been in awhile. I know Marianne had the Rusties
Either this morning or yesterday. And success for me! All the blackbirds - Rusties,
Grackles, and Red wings were in the red maples at the east end of the lagoon.
I have never been that far on the trails there - but wanted Rusty. I just kept hitting
Trails that led to wet! Not too much else - no Brown Creeper… etc…
I can’t wait to explore this area in May!

Picked up Field Sparrow and DC Corm yesterday. I scan the corms well knowing
That Neotropical is always around somewhere.

Striking out on new waterfowl - running out of time too.

Butterfly notes - Cabbage Whites and Spring Azures. And a clouded Sulphur
Yesterday. Wow! All that warm weather we had.

Good birding all.
