There are now two days in a row of outstanding birding at this location. Check eBird to see checklists of 50 and 60 species in a couple hours. Most of the warblers are concentrated left and right as you enter the main trail. You can venture all the way around the perimeter but there’s not much else to see. A fair number of sparrows as well.
