We watched for the short-ears from the road at the former Sportsman's Service Center site but saw none.  I say "former" because the dog kennels and meeting building are gone and the parking lot is blocked.

There are a few Snow Buntings mixed in a large flock of Horned Lark  in freshly mucked fields at the end of Eckard Rd.  near Dalton in Wayne Co.
