Unsuccessful for me! I scanned my eyes out….. loads of Horned Larks.
And I enjoyed birding this new county for me. Alas Smiths Longspurs 
Will have to wait until next spring. Again! 

Hit Ellis - Butler - on the way north. No Glossy. 

I - 75 north was closed most of the day because of a major accident. 
I was later than I wanted to be up north. But I don't think that made
Any difference in my Smiths quest.
