I stopped by Blendon Woods MP this afternoon for a quick walk and picked up a pair of E Phoebes by the lake, my first for Ohio this spring (I’d seen them in S TX in Feb).
A few ducks: female Buffleheads, 3 N Shovelers, some Mallards, one Black Duck and one drake Wood Duck.
Several turkeys incl one male displaying.
One junco flew by, E Towhees and bluebirds singing.
I had 5 Chipping Sparrows gathered around my mixed seed feeder yesterday. White-throated Sparrow singing.
