Both birds visible from Nimisila Res C6 around 11am today. Surf scoter was towards dam and v bright male Eurasian Wigeon more west against large island. He was associating with Am Wigeons. Scope needed for both when I was there. 

Good variety of ducks incl Lots of Hooded Mergs & Buffleheads, Redheads. Some other birders saw Wood Ducks but I did not.
