We drove to see the Black-chinned Hummingbird today. On the way back we
drove along US Route 40. Along the warehouses west of West Jefferson we
found the Ross's Goose that has been in the area. It was at the western
warehouse on the south side of the highway. We also saw a single Greater
White-fronted Goose. They were in a very large group of Canada Geese. We
also had an adult male Northern Harrier flying around.
