I got out before the rain started for a short walk. I ran into one decent-sized flock that moved thru rapidly with half the birds in front of me and the other half behind which were flying into a bright white sky so I had to concentrate on the better-lit ones in front before they vanished. Undoubtedly missed several! I did not see or hear White-eyed Vireos today.

I could have sworn I heard one Fish Crow today. American Crows had been calling some this morning but when this bird vocalized, other crows were not. It called twice then I never heard it again. It would be a new species for the Reserve for me but think I’ll leave it a question mark for now. No visual.
