A Short-eared Owl has been showing up regularly at Frohring Meadows in Geauga County (near Chagrin Falls). However, it shows about 5:40pm so not good for pics but great views through your binoculars. Just stay in the parking lot and keep watching for it. Last night that’s where we first saw it. It has also been seen at 7:00am if you are an early riser.
