Most were in a spread out flock toward the center of the wide part of the lake.
Must be the spot. Staying safe from hunters? Some were off by themselves.
The waterfowl. My highlights 

4 Wigeon
2 Green - winged Teal
2 Coot. 

These were in the flock.

4 Ruddys were off by themselves. 
14 Horned Grebe were basically by themselves also.

Not many passerines around.
