The Western Grebe was seen this morning by myself and a few other folks
at around 10:30.
I was set up at the beach area and had some great views and then got
some better ones from the beach on the side near the
marina launch area. Other birds of note: Pied-billed and Horned Grebes
(nice for comparison), assorted dabblers, Boneparte's and
Ring-billed Gulls, a few overhead Pipits, and a couple Red-headed
Woodpeckers.
See you on the trails,
Chris Pierce
