A very warm morning and very quiet at the reserve. Only 4 warbler species but I was very pleased that one of them was a single Prairie Warbler feeding in the white snakeroot which made for photogenic viewing. the other warblers were a couple Redstarts including a nice male, Magnolia and resident Com YT. The only vireo I had was White-eyed.

Juv E Towhees were quite scruffy-appearing. Saw one Empid sp & heard a Peewee. Kingfisher.

I headed to Buckeye Lk, Brooks Park & Hebron Fish Hatchery afterwards inspired by Rob Thorn’s post but didn’t find much. Some swallows at the spillway, mostly Rough-wingeds but a few Tree. Only Killdeer and one peep at the fish hatchery which I guessed was a Least but I didn’t scope it.
