Well I had them a couple of days ago near the border, and now I have a few
farther south.
Phelps Rd, which is kind of between Byhalia and York Center has 4 or 5
Buntings mixed in with the Horned Larks.  They are pretty much around the
two 90° bends in the road.  Smaller than Horned Larks, and have little
white patches on the upper wing when they fly...also more white when they
are in flight over the Larks' and Longspurs' darker flight colors.

They are here, just gotta pick them out amongst the others.
