The O'Shaughnessey Christmas Bird Count is Sunday Dec 31 and takes in
northwest Columbus, including areas of Franklin, Delaware and Union
Counties. Highlights are the Scioto River areas,

Glacier Ridge Metro Park, Deer Haven and Blues Creek and Liberty Park and
Twin Lakes area to name a few Highlights.  We hope to have teams formed
before Dec. 20.

Please reach out to myself or Kyle as we are forming teams now. We usually
have about 70 helping on count day.




The O'Shaughnessy Reservoir Christmas Bird Count is centered at 40.2167
degrees North x -83.2167 degrees West, which is in Union County just
northwest of the

intersection of Watkins Road (CR 104) and State Road (CR 96).  The count
circle includes much of the O'Shaughnessy Reservoir, suburban Dublin, and
rural areas.




Hope to hear from you! We meet at 7am Dec. 31 at the Wendy's at Dublin Rd
and Glick Rd. We return by about 5pm to the Iacano's in Shawnee Hills on
Dublin Road north of Glick.



We welcome backyard bird feeder counters too.
