Forgot to post on Friday, Mar 20, the day of the 100-yr flood in Granville, I heard my FOS E Phoebe, near my house just west of town.

A pair of Red-shouldereds perched in my neighbor’s yard last week as well. Wondering if they have a nest nearby as they’ve been vocalizing the past few weeks as well.

E Phoebes also calling this morning, at least 2. Pileateds vocal.

Warm afternoon walk at the Bio Reserve today—quiet but towhees vocal and perching up some. Tree Swallows back, flying over the field with the nest boxes. Field Sparrows singing.
