Today we saw eight Eurasian Collared Doves in the town of Perrysville in Ashland Co. We did not find them in the cemetery as reported yesterday. The town is not large and we just drove around until we found them. There is a circular road behind the brick church in town. The EUCO Doves were hanging out with four Mourning Doves in a tree along that road. There was like a ravine behind the tree and also a red fire hydrant along the road. This is the greatest number of EUCO Doves we have seen in OH at one time and also the first time that we have seen them associating with Mourning Doves. And, they were nowhere near a grain elevator!!!

Good Birding!
