Searched the Ohio River all morning for a Ross’s Goose that was seen late yesterday evening with no luck.
Just before heading home, a large group of Canada Geese were flying in off the river and I noticed one that stuck out.. The birds dropped in a small field and I was able to get some photos of my FOY Greater White-fronted Goose.

Not much waterfowl to report in the area. A few double-crested cormorants and pied-billed grebes, (6) hooded mergansers, and a lone ring-necked duck.

May try again in the morning.
