Decided to head out and search the 3 Airports if Cuyahoga County this morning hoping for some Snowy Owls and other Birds of Prey.

Stop 1 - Cuyahoga County Airport Richmond Hts - I peeked through fences along the Industrial road and chatted with an Airport security guard. He said he hadn’t seen any owls for 2 or 3 years but would call me if he ever sees one. I did see 1 RTHawk 1 - Coop.

Next was E. 55th to scan the breakwall. No SNOW. 2 GBBGs and many skeins of RBMergs moving westward seen past breakwall.

Next was Burke. Stopped at 3 gates and The Grassy Knoll. 1 - Peregrine Falcon 1 - American Kestrel.

Quick stop at E. 9th Pier revealed more RBMerg skeins and 5 - GBBGs.

Next stops were Edgewater Boat Launch and Wendy for breakwall scanning. There was a group at boat launch viewing a fishing RNGrebe. Great looks. 1 - GBBG was close. And a flyby BEagle stirred up the residents.

A quick stop at Wendy hit me a look at the recently Gould Great Cormorant! 2 bonuses, but no SNOW.

Last chance is Hopkins where I cruised town Cargo Rd, past IX and visited back parking lots adjacent to Airport - RTHawk.

Up on The grassy knoll on Ruple Rd yielded another AKestrel and RTHawk.

On the way to 100th Bomber on Brookpark Rd. I saw another AKestrel.

In 100th Bomber parking lot there was a group viewing 2 SNOW - I took the group up to the 2nd floor patio for much better views!

Good day to be outside!

Good birding!

Good People!
