Thanks to those who sent advice! And other locations around! It took an
hour, but I finally came across some singing. 10:25am. Bird 201 for the SW ohio
big year. A ways to go yet....

It was about 1/2 mile stretch of road that looks good for grassland nesters.
One side grass. The other side - weeds, shrubs, etc. Meadowlark there also.
And Field Sparrows. One had a blade of grass in its beak. Second nest I 
presume! 

Lots of species still singing. And stuff moving around. Like a family group
of RH Woodpeckers. I like them! 

Off hitting a few spots for dragonflies. Then home. 

July will be missing marsh birds I need. And chasing. I probably
should chase the Common Loon in Butler. But I should.... get in the 
fall. 

Loads of both Vultures around. I kept looking up for Kite. 

Nature notes - I too had a Vole. The ARC nature trail area along Skeen. 
Cute!
