I picked here because close and lots of open sky to watch for Cranes.
Of course nothing! But stuff is starting to move. A fellow SW Ohio birder
had a flock of 50 heading south. North of Armleder. My best bet is
probably the Great Miami River area. Thats where I have had before.
Maybe they are moving south from that Brookville area in Indiana.
But that can wait til next week. North I go friday!
Oh, and I didn't have much on the ground at Armleder either.
Killdeer, RT Hawk, Song Sparrow, and C. Wren.
Good birding all. I am sure some needed SW Ohio big year bird will show up
since I will be gone!
