A stunning male Northern Harrier was cruising over our field today. It was
a treat to watch him fly so gracefully during the snow shower. The birds at
the feeder have been easily spooked the past few days. I'm wondering if the
Harrier has actually been hunting here for the past several days but I
haven't seen him until now.

A Purple Finch visited the feeder earlier this week. Tree Sparrows and
Juncos are making daily rounds as well as the "local gang."
