[log in to unmask][log in to unmask], 9 Dec 2017 18:46:53 -0500337_utf-8 This Saturday we found only one short eared owl at the rehoboth reclaimation area in Perry County which we call the “Perry County Wilds”. It was 28 degrees, windy and snowing, not the best conditions for birding. None the less, there was at least one owl.

Birders in western Ohio May want to keep an eye and ear out for Sandhill Cranes.
A flock of 22 flew over the south end of Buck Creek State Park and then Old Reid Park headed southeast at about 9:30 this morning. This is in Clark County, just northeast of Springfield.
