Friday, August 21 - 10 a.m. - noon

Still a good selection of shorebirds at the "disc golf overlook" at the
south end of the lake.

Wilson's phalarope
Lesser yellowlegs
Pectoral sp
Spotted sp
Least sp
Solitary sp
Stilt sp
Semipalmated sp
Semipalmated plover
LB dowitcher
Killdeer
Great blue herons
Great egrets
Black terns - 3
Blue-winged teals
Bald eagle - Looks to be a new one.  When the eagle flew by the  islands,
it flushed
what we thought were several blue-winged teal.  Turns out there  were about
30 !
Wood ducks
Belted kingfishers
Bluebirds
Turkey vultures
Barn swallows

And most of the "usual stuff"
