Blendon Woods Metro Park is located in the northeast corner of Columbus off
of I 270 and Rte 161. Take the Little Turtle Way exit.

Below is a list of some of the Birds seen the last 6 days.

Thoreau Lake
   Hooded Merganser
   Wood Duck
   Mallards
   American Black duck
  Gadwall
  Great Blue Heron
  Pied-billed Grebe
  Belted Kingfisher

 Lake Trail
  Woodpeckers
     Pileated
     Hairy
     N Flicker
     Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
     Red-headed-Pipeline cut
  Hawks
      Red-tailed
      Cooper's
  Sparrows
      White-throated
      Dark-eyed Junco
      E Towhee
   Carolina Wren
   E Bluebird
   Yellow-rumped Warbler

 Nature Center
    White-throated Sparrow
    Yellow-rumped Warbler
    Dark-eyed Junco

Turkeys-over a hundred in the park
     Feeders
      Ranger Station
      Nature Center
      Thoreau Lake-East Blind
      Picnic areas
