The seven continue. County bird for me! They are easy to spot if there. But they
Disappear for extended periods. I am
Thankful to the fellow birders who stuck
Around there. And saw them fly in. They
Immediately texted! I was only 16 minutes
Away. I quickly turned around. Of course
After all this chasing, I am behind with
Chores. The Sat. Trip I was going to join
In Kentucky is out. I might not have hit
That anyway with the muddy trail conditions.
I’ll spend the afternoon searching out passerines in Mariemont. Hamilton county.
Jan. 100 bird number 86 for me. But I chased
Because a county bird!

The swans are roosting in and eating the corn.

Good birding all.
