I took a quick run up there before work. its 30 minutes north of me.
Anyway, was hoping the Uppie from yesterday was sticking. No
success with that! But scanned into a Buffie! Good one for the big year.
212. As I write this, Oakley probably just got a couple inches of rain. Its
pouring out there. I think ellis is getting it to. Well, what was good for
grasspipers might be back to mud flat shorebirds. The SW Ohio area
is so dry.

Possible the Uppie is still around. I only hit the field at the parking lot.
Firebird Dr. I haven't checked the area further along in a long while.
Much more vegetation - stuff could be in there.

Scope is needed here. Unless the rain increases the water in this parking
lot field.

When I was leaving, a Kestrel came through and put everything up.
The Buffie did come back. A little bit closer. I tried a long range shot
with my regular camera. I'll check pics tonight.

Good birding all.
