A few warblers around but usually high & buried in the leaves so IDs difficult.

Chestnut-sided
Bay-breasted (good amt of color)
Blackpoll
Am Redstart
Canada—plumage v bright, beautiful bird
Com Yellowthroat (heard)
Possible Mourning—I never saw the head/face but bright yellow underneath, no white, orange legs, olive back.

Several Red-eyed Vireos

Peewees calling. Chimney Swift.

Belted KF, Great Blue, Wood Ducks & mallards at thoreau pond along w/many Canada Geese.

Bob McNulty et al saw more species—I’m sure he’ll post later. He gave me directions to Woodside Green in Gahanna so I went there after Blendon for my first visit. More people than birds but a lovely spot I’ll visit again.

Friday evening in Granville, I was delighted to pick up a new yard bird—an E Screech-Owl calling. I’ve seen both gray & rufous color morphs in Ohio but don’t think I’ve heard them here so nice surprise.
