Home repair - 11:30 to 3:30 I have to stay here. So birding local! Armleder is 10
Minutes from my house. The closest Butler spot is 30 to 35 minutes away.

I did the Connector trail. Lots of singing! House finches, chickadees, towhees!
It’s nice to hear stuff actually singing. The Towhees were setting up territories.
Lots of interactions between the males!

Killdeer new for the year. The mudflats at the bridge.

Butler notes - I am not concerned about the common species for butler. When I
Have the time to get up there, I will be looking for the rarer waterfowl, gulls,
winter finches, etc. I haven’t been lucky yet! I want an evening grosbeak down
Here!

Good birding all. Hope that workman gets here early.
