I did have Common Yellowthroats. But I really
Need those migrants for my big year. Stuck
On 190. With the forecast, I really thought
I would get a few. I wasn’t expecting loads
Of birds with the overcast conditions, one
Of each new bird would have been nice! I
Am not greedy….. Nuttin. I also need Phila
Vireo. Etc. Lincoln’s sparrow. Yb fly. Sigh….
There were birds around, but I was disappointed no warblers.

I talked with a county worker trying to get
Control of the invasive crawfish is it? I wished
Him well. I think that is a lost cause!

I will skip the Bog trip Sat. Too long a drive
And I am concerned with the weather. Its
Cool and cloudy down here. Bog is
Butterfly observation group. Part of the Ohio
Leps that I am a member of. I will chase the
Kentucky Flamingo! With my luck lately, it
Will move…. But will be fun working on my
Kentucky and or Indiana lists!

Good birding all.
