Seen well today by many photographers & birders. Everyone respectful of Owl & v generous farm owner, obeying signs & viewing from road & pasture edges outside of fences. 

Stating the obvious, need to keep the owner’s private roadway clear so he can tend to his animals/farm/equipment. Suggest carpooling if possible. Only room for limited number of cars & CR 207 much too narrow/busy for parking there. 

Scope recommended for best looks. Photographers had their biggest glass out.
