as I'm heading to Tuttle Mall, there was a large hawk that I couldn't
identify. It was very large, about the size as a Red tail, but had the same
plumage as a juvenile Cooper's Hawk. I've never seen a Female Harrier
before, but it could be that. Or a Board Winged Hawk? It was on State Route
296 by the brick house in Champaign County.
Any thoughts anyone?
