Place was loaded! So not all of SW Ohio has seen waterfowl move on!
Fernald probably has lingering stuff.

Anyway, working on Brown county birds. Picked up 4 new ones.
Waterfowl! I was going to head west - lost bridge or the rumpke dump.
For another try at that Hamilton jinx bird - the elusive Herring Gull....
But it was raining west. Funky front. No rain in Oakley!

Highlights -
12 BW Teal
4 Shoveler
4 Wigeon
25 Mallard
10 Redhead
18 Ring necked ducks
12 Lesser scaup
2 bufflehead
2 Pied billed Grebe
32 coot

I love this spot! I'll get back in April!

The drive there and back. And birding there - was about what one way
to the Knox crossbill will be! I might not get a chance to leave
super early, but will be there wed. sometime! Any info is appreciated!
I haven't had an ohio bird since the Little Gull last year!

Good birding all.
