I was feeling stir-crazy so after the snow let up, I went to Hoover. The subject bird was still hanging out on the boat docks as noted by various ebirders amidst many Ring-billeds and a couple Herring Gulls.
Wind was still pretty brisk so I didn’t scan too long but I saw several Hooded Mergansers, a couple Horned Grebes, mallards & some coots.
