I would agree with Bob McNulty's assessment. I visited 2 different,
widely-separated central Ohio locations today - Scioto River bikepath at
Marble Cliff this morning, Darby Headwater Preserve in the late afternoon -
and had few migrants at either location. Warbler numbers were pitiful,
with single Parula at Marble Cliff, and Magnolia at Darby. Only a
scattering of flycatchers and vireos at each location made one even aware
of migration. It would seem the the cold front of the past evening allowed
the wave of the prior day excellent conditions for migrating further south,
and nothing replaced them.
