There has been a Light phase Rough-legged Hawk in the area of Stahl Road
east of Greenville, for 3 weeks.  I saw it about 1/2 hour ago, flying with
something in its talons..  It is frequenting corn fields on either side of
a large Pheasants Forever field just south of Childrens' Home/Bradford Road.
