I had a max of three hours free - and that includes driving! - after morning
Errands. Thought the deep water areas needed checking. There is a Black
Scoter in Warren. And a Sabines gull at Hoover reservoir. Zilch here! Furfield
And marsh lake I hit. I walked the trail at marsh lake even. Quiet! Hermit thrush.
No missing brown creeper…..etc.

Tues. And Wed. Again will be short birding days.

Nature notes - I am pleased that we are getting fall color! I wasn’t sure with the
Summer drought.

Good birding all.
