Today at Evans L. in Mahoning Co. there was a male white-winged scoter and 3 black scoters.  Also seen were Am. wigeons, buffleheads, 150 hooded mergansers, common mergansers, ruddy ducks, Am. coots, and n. mockingbird.  Nearby Pine L. had 100 n. shovelers, gadwall, Am. black ducks, green-winged teals, buffleheads, hooded mergansers, common mergansers, ruddy ducks, double-crested cormorants, great blue heron, and bald eagle.  Craig Holt, Lowellville
