Two White-winged Scoters first reported yesterday afternoon by Jacob Raber
were still present at Nimisila Reservoir this morning, on the northern end
of the lake. Best views were from the Lot C1 boat ramp in the northeaster
corner of the reservoir, specifically at 40.950544, -81.526489.  From that
spot, they were out to the west, deeper in the water. But they move around
a lot.
