It didn't start out that way! I just finally had a chance to chase the
Sanderling at East Fork - south beach. It's been lingering there.
And saw Black Terns, and a Least tern! Birding is fun! Fun to see
what is around! And a pleasure to finally meet people! Thanks
Donald for your help with the Least!
I headed home. Four minutes later Andrew calls, he just found a
Jaeger! Well, I didn't have far to go after I turned around! The consensus
is Parasitic from Tylers pics. I am glad Tyler was there as I sure can't get
pics good enough to id a jaeger!
I will change that if needed. The Parasitic.
I chased the terns at Lost Bridge that Brian W. had. Black and Forsters. Well,
I need Black for Hamilton County now. No success! Birds move on.
Tues. and Wed. should be good for Ida birds. But where to go?? I will be
checking Lost Bridge again. But if raining heavily, not good standing around
there..... Etc.
216 for the SW Ohio big year. I am feeling good about 250 again! But I need
those missing passerines!
Good birding all.
