Although a life long birder, I'm new to this mailing list. I happened upon it by looking for a way to share my excitement over the Vermilion flycatcher sighting. Now I'm looking for a little feedback. For about the past 15 years I've had Rose breasted grosbeaks nesting closeby and at my feeders. The first several years is was one pair. Now it is two pair that come every season. Is this fairly common in our state? It is a real joy to see them bring their young to the feeder.
Thanks, Bill
