Eastlake is hopping (and slipping, so be careful as it very icy everywhere).
There were about 10 duck, 5 gull and other assorted waterfowl species.
The best were:
Great Blue Herons
Most of the expected diving ducks, Canvasbacks, Redheads, both Scaup, Common and Red-breast Mergs, but Mallards were the only puddle ducks. 100's of ducks though.
Herring, Ring-billed, G Black-backed, LESSER BLACK-BACKED (1 bird) and ICELAND (1 bird)
Coots, Bald Eagle and Cormorants round out the collection.
