Throwing in my 2 cents:
While Columbus is convenient for the north & south, it still involves
travel for us, but not for those in the Columbus area. Moving the
spring conference around gives everyone a chance to travel and on
occasion gives us in the north (or south) an opportunity to stay in our
areas.
I think this has been the most fair.

I know it's quite a drive, but it was in northern Ohio last year. We've
set it up so that it's inconvenient for different people in different
years. If the group wants to discuss going back to Columbus for both
meetings, we can put that on the agenda.

The issue for us is the distance between Cleveland and Oxford. Is there
any chance that the meeting could be moved back to Columbus (or
somewhere closer)?

Dear friends and colleagues,
You may remember that Denise Krallman graciously volunteered to have the
Spring Meeting of OAIRP at Miami University. None of the Fridays in
April or early May, however, are available at their conference center.
The OAIRP Executive Committee proposes that our Spring 2005 meeting be
held on a Monday - specifically, Monday, April 25. What do you think
about meeting on a Monday in general and about Monday, April 25
specifically?
Please share with me your comments and concerns by December 3.
