Hello to all my hard-working colleagues!  At our OAIRP Spring Conference
I was charged with organizing an Audit Committee to examine the treasury
records and verify that everything is in order.

On that note, I'm looking for at least 3 volunteers to *hopefully*
contact me at the Cincinnati AIR Forum next week or via email before
June 15, 2000.  I'd like to identify who the committee members are and
organize a time when we can all meet (with the documents) to perform the
audit.  This procedure doesn't have to be completed until our fall
conference.  Therefore, I was hoping that the evening before our fall
conference would provide adequate time to examine the paperwork?
However, I'd like for the committee to make that decision.

So, if any of you are interested in helping our organization in this
capacity, I'd appreciate your giving me a business card or a note with
your name, telephone #, e-mail address, etc. at the Forum.  I'll be
working the Registration Desk on Sunday from 7:30 AM to Noon and also on
Monday from Noon to 4:30 PM.  Again for any of you not attending the
Forum who are interested in participating on the Audit Committee, please
send me an e-mail before June 15, 2000.
