Steve, 

Clark State has a wonderful outline of how we handle our data. Angi
Edwards, administrative assistant to VP Joe Jackson, compiled this
document. It is the guideline for all areas of our college. 

I have attached it. To open it double click on the attachment. When it
opens click on file at the top of the window and click on the word
'OPEN' and it should appear. If it doesn't let me know and I will print
you a copy and mail it to you.
