Colleagues
It occurs to me as I watch all these campuses making no changes in reporting on
ethnicity that the first change will have to be made in the application forms used
by campuses.  I suspect those are ordered a year or so in advance.  Is anyone
changing their application form templates expected to be used in a year or so?
