The parents of a student that died in the January 2000 fire at Seton Hall
have settled a wrongful death lawsuit with the university for $200,000.

Seattle, Washington
The University of Washington has submitted an emergency request for $5.4
million to repair the Center for Urban Horticulture that was damaged in a
fire on May 21. The Earth Liberation Front, an eco-terrorist group, has
claimed credit for the arson fire.
The FBI reports that the Earth Liberation Front is stepping up its arson
campaign.
