All of our rooms that have explosion-proof systems require ALL electrical
units to have the same rating.

Subject: Explosion Proof Stock Rooms




I noticed that in a couple of explosion proof chemical stock rooms the
explosion proof hardware is in place in the room, but the ceiling level
electrical connections and the junction boxes are not explosion proof.

All the fixtures and switches below ten feet are explosion proof.

Is this OK ?
