Good Morning,

I am conducting a bench mark survey with university institutions to determine
the regularity of testing emergency equipment. To include: emergency lights,
exit signs, emergency generators, fire extinguishers, cooking hoods, and
automatic sprinklers, standpipe systems and fire alarms.

At Auburn University, we are currently inspecting and testing our sprinklers
and standpipes as required by NFPA 25. Fire extinguishers are inspected and
tested in accordance with NFPA 10. Cooking hoods are test in accordance with
NFPA 96.

Will you please provide how often your university inspects and test the above
equipment. Please include the testing of emergency lights, generators and
exit signs.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated. If I can ever be of assistance,
please call me at (334)844-4870 or e-mail at [log in to unmask]
