At Yale University, all fines are imposed via the bursar bill by the Office
of the Fire Marshal. If after the fine, they still have not corrected the
problem, they can go in front of the Executive Comittee for further
disciplinary action which could include community service, further fines,
suspension, and expulsion.

Our fine sheet is online at: http://www.yale.edu/firemarshal/report.htm

We share it with Custodial. It is a 4 part form.
